Thursday, November 6

9:45am (Eastern)	Royal Excursion bus – pick up Eck Visitor Center Departure 10am, travel to Chicago O’Hare Airport
2:00pm (Central)	United flight 684 – must be at gate half hour before flight time
5:22pm (Eastern)	Arrive New York’s LaGuardia Airport Meet at luggage area (When group has collected luggage, organizier will call 1-800-442-7272 ext. 2253, dispatch center will radio driver to come to terminal from holding area.) Bus to Crowne Plaza LaGuardia, 104-04 Ditmars Boulevard
7:00pm	Italian Buffet dinner in Embers Room at Crowne Plaza LaGuardia
8:00pm-9:00pm	Presentation Overview/Introduction in Bellaire Room Robert Koch, President and CEO, Skanska Koch Inc. Bill Matre, Vice President, Skanska Koch Inc. Megan Heugle, Rebecca Clark, Skanska Koch Inc.
9:30pm	Weather permitting - Bus ride to Empire State Building , 350 Fifth Ave. 45 min. ride – must arrive at Empire State Building by 11pm in order to accommodate group, reservations 10:15pm
11:15pm	Bus back to Crowne Plaza LaGuardia

Friday, November 7

7:30am	Meet at bus Tania Padilla, Triboro Office Manager, Skanska Koch Inc.
7:45am	Depart for Triborough Bridge
8:00am-9:30am	Breakfast under the Triborough Bridge Safety overview, overview of project, walk around Dan Payea, Project Executive, Skanska Koch Inc.
9:30am-10:00am	Travel to Croton Water Filtration Plant 3701 Jerome Ave. Bronx, NY 10467
10:00am-10:30am	Arrive Croton on site and presentation
11:15am	Site walk through
12:00pm	Lunch in conference room and Q&A
1:00pm	Depart for Willis Ave. Bridge
2:00pm-5:30pm	Willis Ave. Bridge – Kiewit Onsite contact: Kate Adams
5:30pm	Depart for Crowne Plaza LaGuardia
7:15pm	Depart for dinner
7:30pm	Dinner at Cavo 42-18 31st Avenue, Astoria, NY 11103

Saturday, November 8

8:15am	Meet at bus, depart for Meadowlands Stadium

11:15am	Box lunch on bus back to Manhattan – Skanska Koch Inc
11:30pm-12:30pm	Travel to Columbia University Amsterdam Ave./116 St. - main Columbia entrance
12:30pm-1:30pm	Presentation at Columbia University, Research Shake Table Facility Professor Andrew Smyth, Dept. of Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics Health monitoring around the NYC bridges
1:30pm-2:30pm	Pick-up at Amsterdam Ave./119th St. Travel to Brooklyn Bridge
2:30pm – 3:30pm	Brooklyn Bridge Tour by NYCDOT – meet at City Hall across from bridge
4:00pm – 4:30pm	Travel to 20 Exchange Place, lower Manhattan
4:30pm – 5:30pm	Presentation at AECOM, 20 Exchange Place, 15th floor Contact: Chris Bennett, Project Manager Contact: Jay Sankar, Senior Tunnel Engineer Second Avenue Subway
	Walk either before dinner or after dinner – Wall Street, Ground Zero, World Trade Center Transportation Center
