Molecular Biophysics Using NMR Spectroscopy

• We work at the interface of the physical and bio sciences to define how protein and ligand dynamics influence molecular recognition and evolution.
  

• We seek a fundamental understanding of signaling networks that recognizes structural ensembles and dynamics. This is relevant for gaining insight
  into the evolution of protein-protein interaction networks, as well as drug design.
  

• Our main approach is multi-dimensional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR).
  

• We adopt an inter-disciplinary approach, and complement our NMR studies with computation, theory, and
  and collaborations with bio-organic chemistry.
