PEER ADVOCACY

About

  • The Peer Advocacy Division of Judicial Council is designed to help students who have a conference or hearing with the Office of Residence Life and Housing.
  • Peer Advocates are a good resource if one has questions about the disciplinary process, is concerned about the outcome of one's conference/hearing, would like advice about how to approach one's conference/hearing, or would like a Peer Advocate present for one's hearing.
  • We have 68 undergraduate advocates representing all 29 dorms on campus as well as students off-campus. Many have personal experience going through the disciplinary process and are available to offer valuable assistance.
  • All information discussed is strictly confidential.
Would you like the assistance of a peer advocate?
  • E-mail jcouncil@nd.edu with your name, current address, and the date of your disciplinary conference or administrative hearing.
