The Visual Cognition Lab occupies a suite of rooms on the lower level of Haggar Hall. The Lab is a well-resourced
research facility with state-of-the-art equipment and software. The lab includes separate rooms dedicated to behavioral data collection,
the recording of eye movements, computing, and conferencing. Behavioral data from mulitple participants can be collected simultaneously and the lab houses
an SR Research EyeLink 2K eyetracking system (see photo on right). Eyetracker programming and eye movement analysis can be done entirely in-house through a combination of
custom-built and off-the-shelf software. The lab also has facilities for digital image manipulation to enable researchers to construct a wide variety
of experimental stimuli. |
