From the Editor

Welcome to the second electronic issue of the IFRT Report. Several of your suggestions have been incorporated into this issue including the addition of more navigation links and the inclusion of both html and pdf versions of each article. Back issues for which there is electronic copy will be posted in the near future. We welcome and encourage additional advice and comment.

Unfortunately, enhancements always seem to cause a few problems. One "improvement"of which we are aware is a change in the URL. So, please adjust your bookmarks or list of favorites accordingly.

Also, please remember, the content of this publication is only as good as the contributions from our members. This also goes for the work of IFRT itself. Therefore, please let us know if you would like to contribute an article (long or short) to the IFRT Report or if you would like to become an active participant in the work of the roundtable.
