Privacy and Confidentiality Issues in General
The Bill of Rights, specifically the First Amendment
Freedom of Speech and the Press imply a right to hear and read.
There is no generalized right to privacy, BUT ...
"Chilling Effect" has been recognized as a barrier to First Amendment Freedoms.
Therefore privacy and confidentiality are essential.
