PROTOMOL Development

We will continue to implement the new algorithms, parallelize them, and make them available in PROTOMOL. File compatibility with popular MD programs will be expanded, to facilitate performance comparison, and to facilitate its use. The main effort would be to continue to enhance ease-of-use by runtime optimization as described in the following section.
