The near field electrostatics of [6] and the bond spring and angle torsion terms will be treated with Krylov subspace methods such as the preconditioned conjugate residual method. We will stop short of convergence and test its effect. The explicit method will incorporate the long range electrostatics. Tests will be in flexible water.
