Please note that this class file requires the Kluwer package for
journal submissions, downloadable from www.wkap.nl, `author
services', `Journal Stylefiles/Templates'. Also, the attached manual
is merely an addendum to usrman.tex, included in the general Kluwer
package.

You may have trouble compiling usrman.tex. It is probably simpler
to use the included PostScript version, usrman.ps, or to
download the pdf version.

The \documentclass line should specify the class file supplied here, 
NOT kluwer.cls: you will be using the underlying macros from the
Kluwer package, not kluwer.cls itself.

Put the .sty, .cl* and .bst files where LaTeX resp. bibtex will 
find them. The exact location depends on your TeX implementation.
