Special Instructions for Russia Facilited Program Applicants ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUSSIA FACILITATED PROGRAM APPLICANTS

Applicants to the Russia Facilitated program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's International Study programs Office:

1.   ISP On-line application for Notre Dame
   • COMPLETE ONLY THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SECTION, ESSAY AND DEAN'S APPROVALS. You do not need to complete the references.
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due November 15th.
2. ACTR Application: Available in 158 Hurley .
• Please complete all parts of the application as directed by ACTR and return to Lesley Sullivan, 156 Hurley, at least two weeks before the ACTR deadline.
