Special Instructions for Summer Dublin Program Applicants ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DUBLIN SUMMER 2006 PROGRAM APPLICANTS

Applicants to the Dublin Summer program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's International Study programs Office:

1. ISP On-line application for Notre Dame:
   • COMPLETE ONLY THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SECTION, REQUEST ONE ACADEMIC REFERENCE, AND WRITE A SHORT ESSAY. You do not need to complete the academic approvals
   • You need ONE faculty academic recommendation (please enter the name Sarah Baer for the second faculty recommendation request and also as an alternate rector).
   • You do not need to get academic or Dean approvals for summer programs.
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due March 1, 2007 .
2. Irish Studies Summer School Application:
• Click HERE to download the Irish Studies Summer School Application, or stop by 152 Hurley to pick up a paper copy.
  • You must attach two passport photos and a deposit of U.S. $200.
• You must bring the completed Summer School application and supporting documents to 152 Hurley by March 1, 2007. International Study Programs will send to USIT.
