Special Instructions for Berlin Program Applicants ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BERLIN 2004 PROGRAM APPLICANTS

Applicants to the Berlin program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's International Study Programs Office:

1. ISP On-line application for Notre Dame:
   • Please complete all personal information, the essay, and the Dean's Approvals.  You do not need to obtain the on-line recommendations. 
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due November 15.
     
2. Berlin Consortium for German Studies Application :
   • This form is available at http://www.ce.columbia.edu/berlin/visiting.cfm
