REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Please fill out the linked registration form and return it as soon as possible to the address listed on the form. You may fax the registration form, e-mail the relevant information, or return the form by post.  Registration fees may be paid in the form of a check (payable in US dollars; personal checks and international money orders are acceptable) or by providing relevant credit card information.  The registration fee includes payment for complimentary drinks and appetizers at two conference receptions, as well as coffee/tea service throughout the conference.  Buffet luncheons are optional. 

 Conference check-in and packets will be available at the Registration/Greeting area in the main lobby of the conference building: Wednesday, 9 July 3-6 pm (1500-1800); and from Thursday, 10 July, 10 am (1000) throughout the conference.

 We welcome conference attendees who will not be presenting papers or moderating sessions, but for security reasons access to the conference building is restricted to those who have registered.

The deadline for return of registration forms and payment is 1 May 2003.  Please be certain to provide a current e-mail address on the registration form.  Upon reception of your registration material, we will e-mail you a confirmation with the login and password for accessing conference papers at the conference website.
