10/2008: Prof. Xing receives AFOSR Young Investigator Award (ND-news). Congrats!

9/2008: David (Deen) has accepted the full-time researcher job offer from Naval Research Laboratory. Congrats! David will complete his PhD thesis on AlN/GaN based HEMTs while working together with David Storm and Steve Binari at NRL.

10/2008: Dr. Vlad (Protasenko) joined the group as a postdoctoral researcher (joint appointment with Dr. Jena). Welcome aboard!
