A few participants in previous workshops have
allowed us to mount papers on this web page. In all cases, these
papers have been presented at one of the workshops. Each paper
remains the intellectual property of the author. As some of these
presentations are not full-length papers, nor have they been prepared
for publication, they should not be cited without the authors
permission
