Registration Information and Policy - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• This event is for Mendoza graduate alumni and their friends, family and guests. Only graduate alumni may complete the registration form.

• Please do not use your browser back button during the actual registration process. It is important that you follow the directions on each page and register to complete the registration process, you will be directed to several pages before the registration is complete. You will receive an email confirming your event purchases. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact our office at the number below. You will also receive a registration packet in the mail one week before the event detailing your choices and the event schedule.

• Alumni will have one opportunity to register on-line. Please do not attempt to register again to make changes. To change your event registration information, contact the Mendoza Graduate Alumni Relations office at or 574-631-9589. NOTE: CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE HONORED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

• Registration is by CREDIT CARD ONLY. No checks will be accepted.
