Benjamin Radcliff

(B.A., University of Illinois-Urbana, 1984; Ph.D., University of Illinois-Urbana, 1991) Professor of Political Science, specializes in mass political behavior, empirical democratic theory, and public policy. He has contributed numerous articles to the discipline's leading journals, including the American Political Science Review, the American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics, and the British Journal of Political Science, among many others. His current research agenda focuses on how partisan control of government affects the quality of life that citizens experience.
