Reservations Procedures:
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Holiday Inn. To reserve a room from this block call the Hotel reservations department at 574-272-6600. To receive the contract rates of $69.95 per night, identify yourself with the Great Lakes Geometry Conference. All reservations should be made by April 1, 2004. After this date the hotel will release the remainder of the guest room block. Additional reservation requests will be honored on a space and rate available basis.

Guarantee Status:
Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to your credit card or by advance deposit. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for you regardless of your arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled before 6:00 PM on the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit.

Please note that the check in time begins at 4:00 PM and the check out time is 11:00 AM. Upon request, the hotel will be happy to arrange for storage of your luggage until your actual departure from the hotel.
