Congratulations on your admission to the University of Notre Dame! The First Year of Studies welcomes you and promises to support you in your academic pursuits and to assist you in any way possible during your transition to life on the Notre Dame campus. In mid May you will receive the first of three important mailings from the First Year of Studies. Course selection materials will arrive in early June. From your response to this second mailing your academic advisor will arrange your course schedule for the fall semester. A third mailing will arrive in early August. You will receive an important questionnaire, your schedule and the name of your academic advisor. Please feel free to contact us during the summer if you have questions or concerns, particularly if you have questions regarding your course schedule. We look forward to meeting you in August and to working with you throughout your first year.
