Application Download and Submission
In order to apply for funding from The Shirt Charity Fund,
please download The Shirt Charity Fund application. If you have supporting
information such as receipts, bills, statements, and any other information
or documentation that would help the Financial Management Board render a
timely decision, please drop it off in an envelope in the Financial Management
Board mailbox in the Student Tenant Office, 315 LaFortune.
