The Student Union Treasurer is the responsible for disbursing all undergraduate student organization funds and ensuring that all clubs and organizations receiving undergraduate student organization funds adhere to the fiscal policy established by the Senate. It is the responsibility of the Office of the Student Union Treasurer to maintain an accurate and timely record of all finances of the Student Union and to serve as chairperson of the Financial Management Board, ensuring its efficient and effective operation. |
The Assistant Student Union Treasurers
The Assistants to the Student Union Treasurer serve as non-voting members of the Financial Management Board. The Assistant Student Union Treasurers shall take minutes at Financial Management Board Meetings on an alternating basis. The Assistant Student Union Treasurers also serve as liaisons to the Student Business Board and to The Shirt Project.
The assistants to the Student Union Treasurer serve a one-year term beginning on April 1st of the year nominated.
The selection process of Assistant Student Union Treasurers is held in mid-March. We are not currently accepting applications for 2012-2013 Assistant Student Union Treasurers. For all further inquires concerning this position, please email us at fmb@nd.edu.
