Summer is hot and humid.
Fall is nice and cool.
Winter is freezing, windy, and snowy.
Spring is a rumor. It does not exist here.

Clothes to Bring

  • Especially the week of frosh-o, you’ll be moving in, running around, and sweating. Bring loose clothes and gym shorts.
  • Winter is cold. If you’re from the south, we’re sorry. Bring hats, gloves, coats, earmuffs, Under Armour, whatever. You will freeze. South Quad gets well below zero with wind chill.
  • Each dorm has dances and formals, so have a sport coat, tie, shoes...pants are recommended.
  • Retro clothes and Hawaiian shirts are good for all the crazy themed dances.
