Annual Application Required
for Financial Aid at Notre Dame
The Financial Aid Office makes every effort to renew a student's financial
aid eligibility at the prior year's level, however a student's financial
aid can change from year to year when a family's financial circumstances
change.
Some examples of changing financial circumstances include: the loss
of employment, increases in wages or other income due to job changes
or bonuses received, extraordinary medical expenses, increases/decreases
in the number of undergraduate students attending a college or university
in the student's family. These factors and others can have an impact
on a student's eligibility for financial aid at Notre Dame.
An annual financial aid application is required of all students who
wish to be considered for financial aid. It is especially important
to meet the priority filing deadlines each year that the student is
enrolled at Notre Dame. These deadlines are generally: February 15
for high school seniors, and February 28 for returning students.
