Description of Position

Assist faculty, staff and students with computing issues, which are Notre Dame specific.  Customer assistance is provided via phone, walk-in visitors and email.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.  Proficient with Windows operating systems and/or Mac.  Excellent computing troubleshooting skills.

8-12

Schedule

Monday, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - noon.

Hourly Rate

$9.00
