The Student Manager will oversee the scheduling of student tour guides for private tours, work with scheduling tours including sending confirmations and entering tour requests in an Excel spreadsheet.  Exceptional customer service skills needed with good skills to solve problems with quick decision making.  Must have good knowledge of the campus, experience as campus tour guide preferable. The student manager will also assist with interviewing prospective tour guides, and help evaluate and train new tour guides.

Customer service skills, MS Excel and Word experience.

Flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, with minimum scheduled time of 2 hours per day, 4 days a week.
