Description of Position

Assist faculty, staff and students with computing issues specifically services which are Notre Dame specific.  Customer assistance is provided via phone, walk-in visitors and email.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills. Proficient with Windows operating systems and/or Mac. Excellent computing  troubleshooting skills

Numbers of hours per week

8 - 10

Schedule

Monday, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. and 1:30p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Hourly Rate

$8.25
