Description of Position

Copy, fax, and organize documents as requested; compose and mail correspondence; communicate with staff and agencies on special projects; schedule meetings and update files; answer and direct Adult Service calls; update Adult Services information boards; carry out other administrative tasks as requested; issue and monitor bus tokens.

Qualifications

Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision; knowledge of and adherence to the professional boundaries and confidentiality; computer skills - Microsoft Word; effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
