Description of Position

This student will be responsible for organizing,implementing and overseeing evaluation process at the start of the fall semester and the end of spring semester.  Following initial evaluation implementation, the student will enter data from evaluation surveys until complete, then conduct final evaluations as well,  Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Creating organizational plan for evaluation process at participating schools
- Implementing and overseeing evaluation plan, coordinating with schools, student volunteers and the Program Director
- Traveling to participating schools to ensure adherence to plan and to administer surveys where necessary
- Collecting completed surveys from all volunteers/sites
- Inputting all data collected into SPSS
- Creating files for later analysis
- Communicating with all parties involved in the evaluation process
- Additional duties as assigned by the Program Director which may include other office work, as time constraints necessitate

Qualifications
Knowledge of Excel, Word and SPSS required.  Psychology or related major/field helpful for familiarity with SPSS, and quasi-experimental research knowledge a plus.  Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and timely as well as energetic and positive.  Enjoy working with children.  Able to provide or secure own transportation a bonus but not mandatory.  Abide by parameters of confidentiality.
