Description of Position |
The artistic position at Dismas Designs carries two primary responsibilities: instructor and supervisor. As an instructor, one will teach jewelry making to our residents and help to create new designs for new products. An instructor might also be expected to arrange small field trips, or invite guest artists, for our residents in order to learn new jewelry making techniques. As a supervisor, one will be expected to order new supplies when necessary, supervise and schedule the design sessions, and make overall improvements to the jewelry making process. |
