Description of Position |
Aid the Red Cross in health and safety and general office support by offering front desk and general office assistance and by helping with data entry. Responsibilities at the front desk include assisting with phone calls and requests for information, fulfilling registration requests, processing credit card payments, supporting walk-in clients, and maintaining postage and mail logs. Responsibilities for data entry include updating the on-line Learning Management System (LMS) with new registrations and payments, monitoring class status, and updating the donor perfect system. Responsibilities for general office support include administering office machines, promoting health and safety retail products, and assisting with other requests as needed. |

Qualifications |
Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills, and willingness to use all forms of communication including e-mail. Must have strong computer skills including basic Microsoft office software and be able to quickly learn Red Cross software applications. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to learn Red Cross programs. Must have own transportation. |

Flexible, generally between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 pm, Monday through Fridays. |
