Mission Statement
Farley Hall Players is an all-inclusive, student-run theatrical company that seeks to provide opportunities for involvement in musical theatre at the University of Notre Dame, to any and all interested students. It is FHP's mission to promote the production of new, original, and experimental theatre at Notre Dame in addition to well known and popular productions.

History
Started sometime prior to the 1970's, the Farley Hall Players was a student-run organization dedicated to bringing theater to the Notre Dame community. After a brief sabbatical, they returned in 2001 to produce a student-written and student-produced show, which toured up and down the East Coast after its Notre Dame debut. Since then, FHP has been dedicated to bringing quality musical theater to campus.

2007/2008 Season:
The Last Five YearsAttention talented singers and actor out there! The Farley Hall Players would like to invite you to audition for an exciting new musical, THE LAST FIVE YEARS! Written in 2001 by the talented young composer/lyricist Jason Robert Brown, this musical charts a five year course of one couple's dating, marriage, and divorce, in Brown's realistic poignant and ironic style. The play includes only two characters which will give the two highly skilled actors and singers an opportunity to showcase their talents. If you have been looking for a way to show the Notre Dame community what you have to offer as a performer, come on out and audition!

Auditions:
Dates: Monday, March 10 OR Tuesday, March 11
This is the Monday and Tuesday after spring break! You only need to come to one night.
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Farley Hall
Requirements: You will be given a monologue at the audition as a cold read. In addition, please prepare the attached song. For men, the song is an excerpt from "If I Didn't Believe in You" and for women, the song is an excerpt from "A Part of That." Note that acting-wise, these roles are extremely demanding. The specific cuts have been chosen so that you can show off both your acting and singing abilities during the songs. So, please prepare accordingly.
Callbacks:
Date:Wednesday, March 12
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Farley Hall
Requirements: If you are called back you are asked to prepare an additional song, which is attached. For men, it is an excerpt from "Moving Too Fast" and for women, from "A Summer in Ohio."
