Anthony is on his way to becoming a double-Domer, receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with majors in Management Information Systems and Economics. Anthony worked as a management consultant with Accenture in New York prior to returning to Notre Dame to study law. Currently a second-year student, Anthony has been involved with the Federalist Society and is a staff member of the Journal of College and University Law. Anthony spent last summer as an intern with a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and hopes to return to the east coast after graduation. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys reading, golfing, surfing, and Notre Dame football. |

Brian graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2004 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. Brian entered law school the following fall and joined the Federalist Society early in his 1L year. This year, he has begun work as a staff member for the Notre Dame Law Review. Brian spent last summer as an intern for the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and lived at his family home on Long Island. Brian is an Assistant Rector in Knott Hall, where he enjoys spending his spare time. |

Rob Driscoll is a graduate of Hillsdale College where he majored in American Studies and History and minored in Political Science. Rob received a Publius Fellowship in the summer of 2003 from the Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Political Philosophy. The following fall, Rob began work on a Master of Politics degree at the University of Dallas, which he completed in May, 2004. In the summer of 2005, Rob was an extern for a federal magistrate judge in the Northern District of Indiana. Rob is now a second-year law student at the University of Notre Dame where he is a staff member for the Notre Dame Law Review. He hopes to clerk after graduation. Rob grew up in Chicago and currently lives with his wife in Mishawaka, Indiana. |

Derek graduated from Hillsdale College in 2004, earning a bachelor of arts degree in English and the affection of his wife Emily. He spent his summer and winter breaks during college working at a district courthouse in suburban Detroit before attending Notre Dame. Derek serves as a staff member of the Notre Dame Law Review and is treasurer of the Christian Legal Society. He interned this summer with the Blackstone Fellowship at the Center for Arizona Policy in Scottsdale. When he’s not studying, Derek enjoys reading, watching movies, and following baseball. |

Kate Spitz is a second-year law student originally from New Berlin, Wisconsin. A 2004 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Kate has worked for Congressman F. James Sensenbrenner and the Honorable Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Kate hopes to pursue a career in civil defense litigation. Outside of law school, she enjoys music, movies, and playing the piano. Kate is in charge of the new faculty lunch program, designed to bring professors and students together in small group discussions of important legal issues relating to individual liberty and the role of the state. |
