Viva Bartkus joined Notre Dame’s management
faculty in 2004, after 10 successful years with global management consultancy
McKinsey & Company. A graduate of Yale and Oxford, and a former Rhodes
Scholar, Bartkus specializes in the ways in which communities, organizations
and societies build the networks, norms and trust required to create social
capital necessary for collective action.
