PER PERSON PROGRAM FEE: $995.00 (Payable in US Dollars)
Your program fee includes all program sessions, specially prepared instructional materials, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, and a reception.

WITHDRAWAL: If you withdraw in writing before December 8, 2006, you will receive a full refund, minus a $200 per person administrative fee.  In the event withdrawal is necessary after December 8, 2006, there will be no refund but you may substitute another person to attend the program in your place.
