Nonprofit Scholarships for Spring 2009: Notre Dame Executive Education is pleased to offer the Chevron EIL Scholarship. Chevron Corporation has generously funded two $6,000.00 scholarships to nonprofit leaders attending the spring 2009 session of Executive Integral Leadership. The scholarship covers all instruction, coaching, materials, assessments and meals. It does not cover lodging. However, Notre Dame will reserve hotel rooms for all participants, including scholarship awardees.
For consideration, applicants must meet EIL admission criteria and be a leader within a nonprofit organization. This means an applicant should:
• Have 15 plus years of business experience
• Be open to an innovative learning experience
• Have significant expertise in their field
• Be a leader in a nonprofit organization
Application procedure for scholarship applicants:
• Complete the EIL online application.
• Provide a statement by email to Sue Callaghan, Assistant Director, EIL (scallagh@nd.edu) to answer “How will your participation in Executive Integral Leadership benefit you and your organization?”
• All applications are due for consideration by February 26, 2009 (two months prior to April 26-May 1, 2009 spring session).
Written notification of award will be in two parts:
1. Acceptance to EIL (meets the first three admission criteria)
2. Award of scholarship
• If an individual is accepted to EIL but is not awarded a scholarship, that individual can elect to participate in the spring session at the nonprofit rate of $6,450.00, which includes all instruction, coaching, materials, assessments, meals and lodging.
Priority will be given to applicants that:
1. Are more senior in their organization
2. Describe the greatest direct benefit to their organization due to one’s participation
