- The program begins on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. with an overview and

5. Why do you have an application deadline of
one month prior to the start of the program?
- To supplement and facilitate your on-campus week, we ask that you complete
several short exercises in the month prior to your arrival for the Executive
Integral Leadership experience. The primary pre-program exercise is The
Leadership Circle survey, or 360° feedback instrument, which requires you and
10-12 of your colleagues to complete a survey on your behalf. The outcome—or
profile—of this feedback instrument is the basis for your individual 90-minute
coaching session.
- To foster your comprehensive approach to leadership
development, you will also need to complete a "V-Eight" health profile which provides
the starting point for your individual 60-minute health and wellness coaching session.
- Additional prework includes identification of your strategic challenge, various readings, exercises and information requests.
