4. What is the schedule?

  • The program begins on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. with an overview and introduction to the week and continues through approximately 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. The final session is an important component of the program that you will not want to miss, so please schedule your travel plans accordingly. In general, the days are intense, rigorous and full. To the extent that you can delegate your personal and professional responsibilities for the week, you will have a richer experience.
  • EIL’s unique format includes presentations by faculty experts, interactive exercises, two individual coaching sessions and evening activities. The four evening sessions are designed to further enrich your experience by allowing you to partake in events and offerings on campus. You will receive a detailed schedule upon arrival.

5. Why do you have an application deadline of one month prior to the start of the program?

  • To supplement and facilitate your on-campus week, we ask that you complete several short exercises in the month prior to your arrival for the Executive Integral Leadership experience. The primary pre-program exercise is The Leadership Circle survey, or 360° feedback instrument, which requires you and 10-12 of your colleagues to complete a survey on your behalf. The outcome—or profile—of this feedback instrument is the basis for your individual 90-minute coaching session.
  • To foster your comprehensive approach to leadership development, you will also need to complete a "V-Eight" health profile which provides the starting point for your individual 60-minute health and wellness coaching session.
  • Additional prework includes identification of your strategic challenge, various readings, exercises and information requests.
