Executive Integral Leadership
Associate Dean's Message
Dear Colleagues:
A few years ago I met with a prominent, long-time CEO who lamented, “We
live in an age of undue pragmatism.” It was a prescient, pre-Enron
comment. He was concerned about the disconnect between actions and values.
He understood the necessity for leaders to reflect regularly on the principles
they espoused, and he knew all too well that this rarely happened.
Now more than ever, we understand the important
interplay between reflection and action, between the inner and the outer
self. To achieve sustained, exceptional value and to build your organization’s
brand, you must cultivate multiple dimensions of development. This distinctive
experience is designed to expedite change in both your work and your life.
It will help you:
- Realize true meaning from work and life by determining what is most important to you.
- Discover and understand the interaction of
your cognitive, emotional, physical, interpersonal, ethical, moral and
spiritual strengths and how they shape your effectiveness.
- Accelerate your leadership development during individual coaching sessions.
- Emerge with a renewed vision of yourself as a leader capable of providing your organization with fresh insights and invaluable tools.
- Reexamine your professional and personal aspirations in a rich learning environment that includes lectures, business cases,
assessments, interactive group work and reflective exercises.
Each one-week session consists of 25 to 35 persons.
The positive feedback from past participants has been extraordinary.
Today’s leaders must be incisive, authentic
and conscious. This program encourages you to discover and integrate the
multiple facets of leadership. I invite you to join us.
