The Notre Dame Executive MBA Program experience doesn’t stop when you exit a classroom. Our goal is to foster a rich learning community that makes your time in the program full of all the traditions and experiences that our students and alumni cherish about Notre Dame. Career Management
Managing your career is an ongoing process.  The Notre Dame Executive MBA program recognizes that while a majority of students are established in their careers and are preparing to advance to the next level, knowledge of career management tools and resources are an important part of their professional career development. 

Notre Dame Executive MBA Career Management Services include the following:

Assessment: Tools to assist you in the internal work of your search, identifying your values, motivators, skills and career interest.

Career Management Coaching: Career coaching, career management and career search are available by phone and in person by appointment.  Get assistance with job search strategy, resumes and cover letters, interviews including case and behavioral, and offer negotiation. 

Executive MBA Job Board and Resume Referral:  Whether you are looking for a new career opportunity, just keeping your resume up-to-date or curious about your current market value the Notre Dame MBA Career Connections service can assist with getting your credentials in front of top companies. 

To avoid potential conflicts of interest with our students who are sponsored by their organization, only students who are self-funded or approved by their employer to participate are eligible for the job board and resume referral service.

Alumni Networking through Irish Online: EMBA students have immediate access to the Notre Dame Alumni database, one of the most powerful alumni networks in the world.

Virtual Career Resource Center:  All EMBA students are given access to an industry leader in Virtual Career Success Centers that will provide them with 24/7 access to career management resources, tools, and guidance. 

Notre Dame Access
Notre Dame is a special place with a unique culture, network and legacy. Executive MBA students have the opportunity to interact with staff, students and alumni through a number of University-sponsored events, such as MBA/EMBA student mixers, student and alumni events, University conferences, forums and speaker series, and artistic performances. And did we mention that you also receive the student rate for all athletic events, including tickets to Notre Dame Fighting Irish football games?

Business Resources
You will also be able to use the many business-related research and document preparation tools within the Business Information Center (BIC) and in Executive Education at Mendoza. Executive MBA students have access to LexisNexis and other online databases used for research in the BIC and the full University library system.

Course Video Library
As a student, you can view secure videos of classes in preparation for exams or for review purposes. As an alumnus, whether one year after graduation or ten years after graduation, you have access to the library of current classes to refresh yourself on a business topic. You can also join a class (depending on space availability) at no charge.

Amenities
From delivering your books to you prior to your arrival for the program on Day 1 to providing comfortable accommodations during immersion weeks to giving you access to eight recreational facilities and courses for tennis, golf, aquatics and exercise, our goal is to make Notre Dame your home away from home.
