The Mendoza Executive MBA program recognizes that while a majority of students are established in their careers and are preparing to advance to the next level, knowledge of career management tools and resources are an important part of professional career development.

Notre Dame Executive MBA Career Management Services and Resources include the following:

Vision and Assessment:

• Tools to assist you in the internal work of your search, identifying your values, motivators, skills and career interest
• Understanding your value-add and developing a personal marketing plan for your unique "brand"

Career Management Coaching:

• Career coaching, career management advising and career search are available by phone and in person by appointment.

Executive Resume Review:  

• Executive resume assistance to ensure your resume highlights the scope and depth of your experience
• Tailoring your resume to describe the expertise you have developed throughout your career and communicate a compelling reason for the prospective employer to need and want your services

Executive MBA students have the opportunity to interact with staff, students and alumni through a number of University-sponsored events, such as MBA/EMBA student mixers, student and alumni events, University conferences, forums and speaker series, and artistic performances. Business Resources
You will also be able to use the many business-related research and document preparation tools within the Business Information Center (BIC) and in Executive Education at Mendoza. Executive MBA students have access to LexisNexis and other online databases used for research in the BIC and the full University library system.

Course Video Library
As a student, you can view secure videos of classes in preparation for exams or for review purposes. As an alumnus, whether one year after graduation or ten years after graduation, you have access to the library of current classes to refresh yourself on a business topic. You can also join a class (depending on space availability) at no charge.
