As indicated in the foregoing chart, the Office of Institutional Equity works closely with the Office of the Provost (for faculty), Office of Human Resources (for staff and administrators) and Office of Student Affairs (for students) to evaluate and review equal opportunity and discrimination issues at Notre Dame.

Specific reporting procedures exist for Sexual and Discriminatory Harassment. Such information is available elsewhere on this Website. For all other concerns about discrimination, you are encouraged to contact the Office of Institutional Equity or one of the following individuals in the appropriate office:
