Product development, concept generation and evaluation, marketing planning, commercialization, and life cycle management are covered in Innovation Processes. This segment also includes project management. From manufacturing and procurement to distribution, Supply Chain Processes and Quality studies the management and flow of materials, sourcing locations, and quality concepts, such as ISO 9000, Malcolm Baldrige and Six-Sigma concepts.
