• Supply Chain Processes and Quality
The Corporation and Its Financial Processes covers
topics such as how to read a financial report, understanding financial
statements, the impact on stock pricing, and business planning cycles.
The 13 elements of a properly prepared business plan, including Company
Overview, Industry Analysis, Customer Segmentation and Competition are
featured in the Business Plan Fundamentals section of
the course.
Product development, concept generation and evaluation, marketing planning,
commercialization, and life cycle management are covered in Innovation
Processes. This segment also includes project management.
From manufacturing and procurement to distribution, Supply
Chain Processes and Quality studies the management and flow
of materials, sourcing locations, and quality concepts, such as ISO 9000,
Malcolm Baldrige and Six-Sigma concepts. |
