Admission to EHP

Application to the Engineering Honors Program is by invitation only, which you would receive only AFTER being accepted by the University of Notre Dame as an admitted student. Decisions on invitations to apply and admission to EHP are based on the following:

  • Rank in high school class
  • Standardized test scores
    (SAT, ACT, or AP)
  • Academic honors in
    high school
  • Awards
  • Extracurricular activities
  • Leadership positions
  • EHP essay application

Acceptance is limited to 20 first-year students each year.
Rolling admissions are made winter through the spring for the subsequent academic year.
