Help: Windows

Windows is widely available through ESC computers:

In the Engineering Library, we have 38 Linux machines running Windows XP Professional SP3 through VMware (no further software upgrades supported).

In Room 303 Cushing, we have 32 Windows 7 computers sharing screens with 32 Linux computers. Cushing 303, however, is usually reserved for classes.

The Learning Center contains 8 IBM ThinkCentre workstations as well as 33 HP workstations running Windows 7. These PCs are primarily for students in EG10111 and EG10112, but other students may use them as well. Contact the Learning Center Manager, Natalie Gedde, for more information.

For a problems with Windows, please send an email to help@esc.nd.edu. To expedite the solution, please describe your problem and add relevant information such as the name and location of the computer, the command you type or icon you click, and any error message you get.

No food or drink is allowed in the cluster.
