Student consultants are available in the cluster. They wear yellow shirts and have a CONSULTANT sign on their desk. They are available to help at certain hours during the Spring and Fall semesters:
Sunday - Thursday: 12PM-12AM
Friday: 12PM-6PM

For a problem with Windows XP, please send an email to engtrouble@nd.edu.
For a problem with Linux, please send an email to engtrouble@nd.edu with a CC to crcsupport@nd.edu.
You may also try to contact the OIT Help Desk by email at oithelp@nd.edu or by phone at 574-631-8111 (dial 1-8111 from a campus phone). Please note, however, that they do not administrate the cluster computers.
