Open for Computerized CPA Exam
It’s
time! Candidates preparing to sit for the computerized Uniform CPA
Examination can now schedule their appointments. However – you must
have applied to the State Board of Accountancy and received a notice
to schedule. The computerized exam officially launches April 5 and
will be available at more than 300 Thomson Prometric test centers
nationwide. Reserve your seat at least five days in advance by
one of these three methods: online,
by calling 1.800.580.9648 or at a test center near you. Candidates
are encouraged to schedule appointments as early as possible –
preferably 45 days in advance – as test seats are booked on a
first-come, first-served basis.

We strongly recommend that all CPA candidates review the exam tutorial
and sample tests before taking the computerized CPA Exam. Candidates
who participated in the CPA Exam pilot said that being familiar with
the exam’s interface and testing tools would be helpful during the
actual examination. Please note that the tutorial does not cover actual
examination content, and while the sample tests provide answers to the
sample questions, neither tool is a replacement for practice materials.
