The format for the qualifying event will be one round of pools, followed by DEs.

Entry Fee:

• $10 First weapon/category
• $5 Subsequent weapons/category

There must be a fence-off to determine third place. There are NO alternates

Age Restrictions

The USFA imposes age restrictions on Junior and Cadet fencing categories. For the 2002-2003 fencing year, Cadet fencers must be born in the years 1986-1989 and Junior fencers must be born in the years 1983-1989. Younger fencers can fence in these events ONLY if they are on the next younger age category national point list at the time of the competition!
