DIRECTIONS TO THE INDIANA FENCING ACADEMY

Our address is 109 Lincolnway West in Mishawaka. We are between Main and Mill on the South side of the street. There is free parking on Lincolnway and the adjacent streets.

Please note that, like most of Indiana, Mishawaka remains on Eastern Standard Time year round. In the summer, we're synchronized with Chicago. In the winter we rejoin the rest of the Eastern time zone.

How to Get Here

FROM OHIO:

From the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90), take exit 83, "Mishawaka."
Turn left onto Capital Ave (South). This is now SR331 in this region.
Capital Ave will dead end at Day Rd. Turn Right on Day Rd (West).
Follow Day Rd for about 2 miles to Main Street.
Turn left onto Main Street (South).
Follow Main Street for about 3 miles (you will cross a railroad track and the St. Joseph River near the end of the distance).
Turn right onto Lincolnway. The Fencing Academy will be on the left side of the street immediately after your turn.

FROM CHICAGO:

From the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90), take exit 77, "Notre Dame."
Follow the signs for the University of Notre Dame (or for US31/SR933 south -- same route).
Follow US31 south through downtown South Bend (the route splits into two, one-way streets through downtown, you will simply continue south, on Main Street)
Two blocks past the Main Branch of the South Bend Public Library, turn left onto Monroe Ave.
Continue east on Monroe which runs straight for about five blocks then curves right and turns into Lincolnway .
Lincolnway winds along the St. Joseph River; stay on Lincolnway into downtown Mishawaka -- 3.1 miles
The Indiana Fencing Academy is on the right side of the street, at 109 Lincolnway, in the middle of Mishawaka. (If you get to Main Street in Mishawaka, you've gone 10 yards too far.)

FROM INDIANAPOLIS:

Take exit 31 off the beltway around Indianapolis; follow US 31 to the US 20 by-pass on the south side of South Bend.
Exit right off US 31 onto US 20 east to Mishawaka and Elkhart. Proceed 4 miles and take the exit to Mishawaka and Bremen. The road to Bremen is SR331 South. You want to take this road north, but it is no longer called 331.
Turn left (north) at the light at the top of the exit ramp. This road (Bremen Hwy) becomes Union St. and then Church St. in Mishawaka. Follow the road about 2.5 miles north, passing under the railroad tracks.
Turn left at the third light after the railroad underpass onto Lincolnway. Travel one block on Lincolnway to Main Street (next light) and think about parking.
The Indiana Fencing Academy is on the left (south) side of Lincolnway between Main Street and Mill Street, at 109 Lincolnway.
