Escrime du Lac 2000 Holiday Fencing Camp

Escrime du Lac is hosting a fencing camp to prepare Open, Junior, and Cadet fencers for the 2001 fencing year.

When:

December 26-31, 2000

The camp consists of six days of intensive footwork, bladework, tactics, and bouting. The camp will be limited to 30 participants to ensure optimum results.

Why?

At the camp you can improve your:

Conditioning

Learn proven excercise routines developed at European Olympic Training Centers that will strengthen your fencing abilities.

Footwork/Bladework

Learn and improve your bladework and footwork from top European Coaches. These are the two most important aspects of fencing.

Tactics

Tactical skills will be taught extensively throughout the camp. Video tape analysis will be implemented at the camp as well.

Bouting

Bouting sessions will be an integral part of the camp. Campers will have opportunities to compete with top fencers from Notre Dame and Escrime du Lac.

Space at the camp is limited to only 30 fencers to ensure individual attention from the coaches. You should reserve your spot as soon as possible! To register for the camp, fill out the registration form given here and send in your registration deposit of $50.00. This fee is non-refundable, but will be applied to your camp fees. The balance is due at the beginning of the camp.
