Periodically I have received requests for copies of the notes, however as they have never been typed up, this is a little difficult to do! While I am no longer teaching the course, I still get such requests from those who find it on the web. Henry Flores, a student at San Marcos University in Peru, has kindly converted all these gif files to Powerpoint format to make handling them easier, and sent the file to me. Thus, if you'd like the 2001 version (the latest, until I teach the course again) in powerpoint format, they may be found here. The file is around 5MB.
