Conference registration prior to July 15th will be $15.00 for Students, $25.00 for all others. Conference registration after July 15th or on-site at the conference will be $30.00 for Students, $50.00 for all others.
In addition, after July 15th, we cannot guarantee that your lodging request will result in a room reservation. If rooms are still available when your registration arrives, we will reserve one for you, but we have to release the unreserved rooms in our block after the 15th, so please register as soon as you can.
Lodging Fees will be approximately $75 per room, per day. Rooms have two double beds and the room rate stays the same for 1 to 4 people per room.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SUBSIDIES HAVE BEEN AWARDED.

Due to generous support from our sponsors at the University of Notre Dame, we are able to provide conference subsidies on a first-come, first-served basis in the following categories:
Travel
Scholars from outside the United States: Reimbursement up to $300.00 (10 awards will be made) U.S. Scholars whose disciplinary home is not Sociology: Reimbursement up to $100.00 (10 awards will be made)
If awarded a travel subsidy, please turn in your travel receipts upon arrival at the conference to insure the most efficient processing of your subsidy.
Lodging
Scholars from outside the United States: Reimbursement up to $100.00 (10 awards will be made) Individuals may apply under 1 Travel Category AND 1 Lodging Category. Apply for these funds by checking next to the appropriate subsidies on the Registration Form.U.S. Scholars whose disciplinary home is not Sociology: Reimbursement up to $100.00 (10 awards will be made)
Students: Reimbursement up to $150.00 (37 awards will be made)
If awarded a lodging subsidy, up to $150.00 of your lodging costs will be directly billed to the CBSM conference. You will pay the remainder of the lodging costs, if any, directly to the hotel upon check-out.
